At Longevità Medical, our staff, including our main provider, Julie A. Chatt, MSN, FNP-C, provides exceptional, personalized care to the women and men treated at our regenerative medicine practice in Victor, NY. Our talented team continues to grow and we’re always looking for individuals with a passion for helping our patients live their best lives.

Jenna, Registered Nurse

Jenna DeCapua RN, BSN joined our team in 2022. She graduated from St. John Fisher in the spring of 2019 with her Bachelors of Science in Nursing and started her career at Wilmot Cancer Center in inpatient hematology/oncology, where she provided chemotherapy treatments, end of life care, and symptom management to patients. Throughout her time there, she developed a love and passion for forming connections and personalizing care for her patients. Prior to joining Longevità Medical, she also worked at a dermatology office where she assisted in skin checks, dermal filler and Botox injections, as well as laser treatments. Jenna also works conjunctively with our medical spa, Q the Medical Spa. 

Jenna is passionate about helping her patients feel their best inside and out. She believes that being proactive with how we take care of our health is incredibly important and is what drives us to live a prosperous life. When we feel our best, we are encouraged to live our best. 

Mary, Medical Receptionist

Mary joins Longevità Medical with a background in healthcare administration and a genuine passion for wellness. Her experience supporting patient care, scheduling, and enhancing the client experience has given her a deep understanding of what it takes to make patients feel heard, valued, and supported throughout their health journey.

What truly drew Mary to regenerative medicine and bioidentical hormone replacement therapy was her longstanding interest in holistic health and preventative wellness. She believes in treating the root cause, not just the symptoms, and is passionate about helping patients enhance their quality of life through personalized, proactive care.

At Longevità, Mary is inspired by the practice’s commitment to a patient-centered approach and the focus on empowering individuals to feel their best from the inside out. She’s excited to be part of a team that shares her values and dedication to transformative, personalized care.

Outside of work, she is a certified personal trainer with a love for fitness, nutrition, and overall wellness. She’s passionate about helping women feel confident and strong in their own health journeys.
